Awsome on the smoker, my wife even said it was amazing! Won't buy beef anywhere but Beringer Farms.

My sister feeds us tri-tip roasts at our yearly family gathering, and I've always been amazed at their tenderness and flavor. When I saw that Beringer sold them, I had to see if I could come anywhere close to sissy's recipe. All modesty aside, I hit a home run out of the gate! The roast was the perfect size for my wife and I, and the flavor was out of this world! Melt in your mouth too! I'll be back - Beringer's is the real deal if you like beef!

Smoking this meat was a huge success! It came out tender, moist, and bursting with flavor. I'm extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it!
