Product breaks out to 20% Steaks and premium cuts, 30% Roasts, and 50% Ground beef:
No bones or organ meat is included unless requested.
Beef is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and stored frozen.
Eighth Shares can be shipped, additional shipping charges apply. Beef ships frozen and arrives to you frozen.
Half share and Quarter shares are available for on-farm pickup or local delivery only. Whole shares need to be coordinated with at least 90 days notice.
