If you are a fan of all cuts of beef this is the box for you! This box will contain premium steaks and grilling cuts, ground beef and roasts, and assorted cuts like short ribs. You can request in the comments section at checkout which steaks, roasts, or other cuts of beef your prefer. We will do our best to provide you with your requests. Please note, you will receive either 7 or 12 pounds of beef, or the similar dollar value of beef that you paid for depending on your specifications on cuts.

This box is customized each month based on what we have in inventory and what preferences you leave in the comments section. We will email you prior to the shipping dates with the cuts your box will contain and ask if you want to make any changes or add any other items to your box. REMEMBER- you as a farm club member get first access to all cuts so what you specify we will REALLY try hard to meet :)
