Sous vide and seared with a culinary torch, they were indescribable delicious - didn't even need any bbq sauce!

Big Taste, Small Value

These were braised and seasoned. Very tender with great flavor but after the fat is rendered, the remaining content does not support the cost. Not convinced the value is there. Regardless, will likely purchase again.
