Sirloin

Grilled three of these sirloins for out of state company. They were delicious and SO tender! Small ones were out of stock at the time, so we ordered the 12-14 oz and cut them in half, perfect portion size, served with sweet corn and other sides.

Amazing - I like a ribeye but these sirloins are a great tasting steak. Cut it with a butter knife

As always, high quality beef with a great taste and texture. Far superior to supermarket beef.
