The Hanger Steak is a hard one to find- limited quantity with only 1 cut per steer. Grab it while it lasts; you won't regret stepping out of your comfort zone to experience an amazingly flavorful and tender steak!
Hanger Steak aka 'Butchers Cut' is easily one of my favorites right along with the Ribeye. Very tender!

First Time Hanger Steak Purchaser
Sliced the steak into medallions, salt, peppered, and dredged in flour. Assumed I was slicing across the grain but looking at the results wasn't at all sure. Told Joyce that she might be eating some very tough meat! Seared it in the skillet and made a marsala sauce. It was great. Who knew?
