The Skirt steak is great for the grill or a marinade, and it comes out mouthwateringly flavorful every time (just don't over cook it!). Great for stir-fry, tacos, and fajitas.

Wow! It was great!

Got a small skirt steak as part of a beef box. Found a YouTube recipe for skirt steak and chimichurri sauce (which is really easy to make.) It's really fun to try new cuts that you can't find in the supermarket.

Great for Tacos

Salt, pepper, lime, and some garlic, the Skirt Steak was absolutely perfect for Taco night!
